I started my own coaching business back in 2000 when I was building websites for SMBs and individuals. I was working full time then and my little side hustle was getting busy. What I did was write an ebook and do phone coaching and some live in-person coaching as we were on dial-up back in those days.

Today we have video conferencing, YouTube and a whole range of tools to make this so much easier and cheaper to get started.
