1. About MSincome.com

MSincome.com provides digital products and training resources, which may include ebooks, guides, templates, worksheets, videos, online courses, tutorials and other downloadable or online educational materials.

2. Digital Product Licence and Resell Rights

Products sold through MSincome.com are primarily digital products.

Depending on the product, you may receive access through:

  • An immediate download;
  • A download link sent by email;
  • An online member or training area; or
  • Another electronic delivery method described on the product page.

No physical product will be supplied unless specifically stated.

Different products sold or supplied through MSincome.com may include different licence and resale rights. The licence supplied with the individual product determines what you may and may not do with that product.

Where a product page or licence document specifies particular rights, those specific terms take priority over the general descriptions below.

2.1. Personal Use Rights (PUR)

A product supplied with Personal Use Rights is for your own personal or internal business use only.

You may:

  • Download and use the product yourself.
  • Use the information within your own business.
  • Make reasonable backup copies for your own use.

You may not:

  • Sell or resell the product.
  • Give the product away.
  • Share the product with other people.
  • Claim authorship of the product.
  • Modify and resell the product.
  • Transfer your licence to another person.

2.2. Commercial Use Rights (CU)

A product supplied with Commercial Use Rights may be used as part of your own commercial activities, subject to the licence supplied with that product.

For example, a template may allow you to use the finished result for your business or clients.

Commercial Use Rights do not automatically give you the right to resell or redistribute the original digital product.

2.3. Resell Rights (RR)

A product supplied with Resell Rights may be resold to your customers.

Unless the individual product licence states otherwise:

You may:

  • Sell the product to an end customer.
  • Keep the money generated from your sales.
  • Promote the product through your own website or marketing channels.

You may not:

  • Alter or modify the original product.
  • Claim that you created the original product.
  • Sell or transfer Resell Rights to your customers.
  • Give your customers PLR or MRR rights.
  • Give the product away unless specifically permitted.

Your customer receives Personal Use Rights only unless otherwise stated.

2.4. Master Resell Rights (MRR)

A product supplied with Master Resell Rights (MRR) allows you to resell the product and, where specifically permitted by the individual licence, pass resale rights to your customers.

Depending on the licence supplied with the product, you may be permitted to:

  • Sell the product.
  • Keep 100% of your sales revenue.
  • Sell the product with Resell Rights.
  • Sell the product with Master Resell Rights.
  • Include the product in certain packages or bundles.

MRR does not automatically give you the right to edit, rewrite or claim authorship of the product.

The individual MRR licence supplied with the product will specify exactly which rights can be passed to your customers.

2.5. Private Label Rights (PLR)

Products supplied with Private Label Rights (PLR) generally provide greater modification rights.

Subject to the licence accompanying the individual product, PLR may allow you to:

  • Edit and rewrite the content.
  • Add your business name or branding.
  • Add your own logo and website details.
  • Change the title.
  • Modify graphics where editable files are provided.
  • Combine the content with your own material.
  • Turn the content into another type of digital product.
  • Sell the modified product.
  • Use portions of the content in courses, ebooks, articles, emails, social media or other marketing materials.

However, PLR does not mean there are no restrictions.

The individual licence may prohibit activities such as:

  • Selling or transferring the original PLR rights.
  • Selling the unmodified source files.
  • Giving the original product away.
  • Listing the original product on PLR or MRR marketplaces.
  • Claiming copyright ownership of the original underlying material.
  • Using trademarks or branding belonging to the original creator.

Always check the licence supplied with the individual PLR product.

2.6. Giveaway Rights

Some products may include Giveaway Rights.

Where Giveaway Rights are specifically granted, you may distribute the product free of charge subject to the conditions stated in the individual licence.

Unless specifically permitted, Giveaway Rights do not allow you to:

  • Sell the product.
  • Modify the product.
  • Pass Giveaway Rights to another person.
  • Grant PLR, MRR or Resell Rights.

2.7. Editable or Rebrandable Rights

Some products may be identified as Editable or Rebrandable.

These rights allow you to make the modifications specifically described in the product licence, such as adding:

  • Your business name.
  • Your logo.
  • Your website.
  • Your contact information.
  • Your own calls to action.

Editable or Rebrandable Rights do not automatically include PLR, MRR or Resell Rights.

2.8. Extended Commercial Licence

Some products may be supplied with an Extended Commercial Licence.

This may allow broader commercial use, such as creating products for clients or incorporating elements into products that you sell.

The exact permitted use will be specified in the individual product licence.

An Extended Commercial Licence does not automatically provide PLR or MRR rights.

2.9. Individual Product Licences Take Priority

Because digital products can have different licensing arrangements, you must check the licence displayed on the product page or supplied with your purchase before using, modifying, distributing or reselling the product.

Where an individual product licence differs from these general Terms and Conditions, the individual product licence will apply to that product.

If no special licence is specified, the product is supplied with Personal Use Rights only.

2.10. Licence Rights Are Not Copyright Ownership

Purchasing PLR, MRR, Resell Rights, Commercial Rights or any other licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright unless this is expressly stated in writing.

You are purchasing permission to use the product in specified ways.

2.11. Responsibility When Reselling Products

If you are permitted to resell a product, you are responsible for:

  • Marketing the product lawfully.
  • Accurately describing the rights your customers receive.
  • Not granting rights beyond those granted to you.
  • Complying with applicable consumer and advertising laws.
  • Providing your customers with any required licence terms.

You must not represent that a customer receives PLR, MRR or other resale rights unless the licence supplied to you specifically permits you to pass those rights on.

2.12. Breach of Licence

If you use, reproduce, distribute, modify or sell a product outside the rights granted by its licence, your licence to use that product may be terminated.

MSincome.com reserves the right to take reasonable action to protect its intellectual property and the intellectual property of its product creators and suppliers.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable GST will be displayed or included as required.

Payment must be successfully completed before access to a paid digital product or training program is provided.

We may change our prices at any time. A price change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed.

4. Licence to Use Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from MSincome.com, you are purchasing a licence to use the product. You are not purchasing ownership of the copyright or intellectual property contained within the product.

Unless a product specifically states otherwise, your purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable licence.

You may download, store and use the product for your own personal or business use.

You may not:

  • Resell the product;
  • Redistribute or share the product with others;
  • Upload the product to another website or file-sharing service;
  • Give copies to other people;
  • Claim the product as your own creation;
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices; or
  • Use the product to create substantially identical products for resale.
