We are not only selling services but have a number of our own websites that sell products so we understand the true nature of dealing with customers and providing service online.
Systems can be used for a huge number of functions from sales delivery to customer support, drop shipping and more.
For example: we have our own ticketing system where you can contact us. It works much better than email because it logs everything. I can also assign stff to answer specific tickets etc.
If a customer feels I have not responded I can check and resend the reply.
